I, Elle Zober owner and photographer for Zober Images and on behalf of To The Nines, declare that the images contained in digital format on this DVD/CD are original and that I/we hold the exclusive commercial copyright. I/we hereby transfer to Jorah and Sarah Price the right and copyright ability to print, reprint and reproduce the images herein for PERSONAL USE only. This right extends to an agent or person acting on their behalf. PERSONAL INCLUDES ONLY the following: 1) The right to use, free of further charge, all or part of these images for future prints at the lab of their choice. Prints and reproductions must be made for personal use only and not at all for commercial reasons. 2) Electronic copies may be made for non-commercial use only and should never be used on any website for any reason outside of personal use, and any online use must include a photo credit to Zober Images. 3) Prints may also be made for personal use by any person representing THE CLIENT in the case that they cannnot be present.
